A program designed to improve your performance in CrossFit, including 5 weekly sessions of around 2 hours. With 4 different levels of training, you will work on all your capabilities weekly to stay in great shape throughout the season.

Recommended for
  • Advanced athletes who have mastered all the movements and want to improve their times.
  • Intermediate athletes who want to continue progressing and unlocking movements.

Not recommended for
  • Elite athletes looking to qualify for Semifinals or similar events. We recommend GRIT PROGRAM 180 if this is your goal.
  • Beginner athletes who are not yet able to correctly perform the basic movements.
  • Athletes looking for personalized follow-up. Visit GRIT PROGRAM 1:1 if this is your case.
