FOR ATHLETES WHO WANT TO COMPETE AT A HIGH LEVEL

Work on all the abilities and skills required to compete at a high level in CrossFit with a structured program to perform throughout the year. It is a program designed for experienced athletes, where you will do a volume of 2 daily sessions of between 1 and 3 hours.

Try one week for free and continue for €39 per month.

FEATURES

  • Planning to improve all CrossFit capabilities.
  • 5 days of training:
  • 4 days of 2 sessions, with a total of approximately 3.
  • 1 day of 1 session (Saturday) of 2 hours.
  • Adaptations according to your level.

Recommended for
  • Advanced athletes who have mastered all the movements and want to improve their times.
  • Intermediate athletes who want to continue progressing and unlocking movements.
Not recommended for
  • Athletes looking for personalized monitoring. Visit GRIT PROGRAM 1:1 if this is your case.
  • Athletes who can only do one session per day. Visit GRIT PROGRAM 120 or GRIT PROGRAM 60 for this.
  • Beginner athletes who are not yet able to correctly perform the basic movements.
