Work on all the abilities and skills required to compete at a high level in CrossFit with a structured program to perform throughout the year. It is a program designed for experienced athletes, where you will do a volume of 2 daily sessions of between 1 and 3 hours.

- Intermediate athletes who want to continue progressing and unlocking movements.
Not recommended for
- Athletes looking for personalized monitoring. Visit GRIT PROGRAM 1:1 if this is your case.
- Athletes who can only do one session per day. Visit GRIT PROGRAM 120 or GRIT PROGRAM 60 for this.
- Beginner athletes who are not yet able to correctly perform the basic movements.
