This is a program designed to improve your performance in CrossFit, including 5 weekly sessions of around 1 hour. With 4 different training levels, you will work on all your abilities weekly to stay in great shape throughout the season.

Try one week for free and continue for only €15 per month.

  • Athletes who want to start a structured program.
  • Intermediate athletes who want to continue progressing and unlocking movements but do not have 2 hours a day.
  • Advanced athletes who have mastered all the movements and want to improve their marks but do not have 2 hours a day.
Not recommended for
  • Elite athletes looking to qualify for Semifinals or similar events.
  • Intermediate or advanced athletes who want to improve their performance to the maximum and have 2 hours a day - if this is your case, we recommend GRIT PROGRAM 120.
  • Athletes looking for personalized monitoring. Visit GRIT PROGRAM 1:1 if this is your case.
