IMPROVE YOUR KIPPING HSPU ENDURANCE
If you want to get better at kipping handstand push-ups, we’ve created a plan focused on improving your endurance and skill to achieve it. An 8-week block you can repeat as many times as you need.
FEATURES

Recommended for
- Athletes who can do at least 5 kipping HSPUs on flat ground.
No recommended for
- Athletes who can only do 1–2 kipping HSPUs.
