UNLOCK THE BAR MUSCLE-UP
If you can do gymnastics movements more complex than the pull-up but still struggle with the bar muscle-up, this is your plan. Get ready for 6 weeks of training, whether to achieve your first rep or to relearn the technique.
Recommended for those who can already do 10 butterfly or kipping chest-to-bars and 10 toes-to-bar repetitions.

- Athletes who do not yet have their first bar muscle-up.
