  • 2 sessions per week.
  • Sessions last 45–60 minutes.
  • Demonstration videos for all exercises.

Recommended for
  • Athletes who are not yet able to walk on their hands.

Not recommended for
  • Athletes who can already walk 5 meters or more without problems.
  • Athletes who are not able to hold a handstand against the wall.

Coaching
