IMPROVE YOUR STRICT HSPU ENDURANCE
If you're looking to improve your strict handstand push-ups, we've designed a plan focused on building strength and endurance in the movement. An 8-week block you can repeat as many times as needed.
CARACTERÍSTICAS
- 10-week plan to improve your strict HSPU capacity.
- 1 session per week.
- 45-60 minute sessions.
- Videos demonstrations for every exercise.
Recommended for
- Athletes who can perform at least 5 strict handstand push-ups on a flat surface.
Not recommended for
- Athletes who can only do 1–2 strict HSPU, or none. We recommend this plan if that's your case.
Coaching
- This plan is designed by our gymnastics-specialized coaches.
